Agreement
By accessing or using MarsBaseX, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website, account features, publishing tools, prompt tools, downloads, or AI Chat.
Accounts and feature access
You are responsible for accurate account information, your login credentials, and activity under your account. Some features—including viewing or copying complete prompts, publishing cards, saving prompts, or downloading certain files—may require sign-in or be subject to usage limits.
MarsBaseX may limit, suspend, or remove accounts that appear abusive, automated, misleading, unlawful, insecure, or harmful to the service or other users.
Your content and public licenses
You keep ownership of content you own. When you publish an inspiration card or other public material, you grant MarsBaseX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, watermark, display, organize, and promote that material as needed to operate and improve the public service.
You must have the rights needed to upload and publish each image, prompt, name, tag, and other submission. Public card content can be viewed, copied, indexed, saved, liked, or referenced by other users. Removing content stops future public display after processing, but copies may temporarily remain in backups, caches, or third-party indexes.

AI tools, prompts, images, and downloads
MarsBaseX may help you analyze images, create, store, copy, refine, or publish prompts, and receive AI-generated responses. Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to other material, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing results and complying with applicable laws, platform policies, licenses, and third-party terms.
Public previews may include MarsBaseX branding or watermarks. Official download controls, original-dimension labels, file information, and authentication requirements are part of the service experience and may change. You may not bypass technical controls, remove attribution in a misleading way, or use unauthorized methods to obtain protected source files.
Acceptable use
You may not upload malicious files; attack, probe, or disrupt the service; scrape at scale; bypass rate limits, sign-in gates, watermarks, or access controls; impersonate others; publish illegal, deceptive, private, or infringing content; abuse AI tools; manipulate interaction counts; spam users; or interfere with normal operation.
You also may not use MarsBaseX to create or distribute material that violates applicable law or the rights and safety of others. We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights holders, the platform, or legal compliance.
Service changes, availability, and disclaimer
MarsBaseX may change, test, pause, restrict, or discontinue features at any time. Free usage limits, account benefits, AI providers, advertising, hosting, publishing, downloads, saved prompts, interaction features, and Coming Soon experiences may evolve.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarsBaseX disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms as MarsBaseX changes. Continued use after an updated version is posted means you accept the revised terms, where permitted by law.
